Welcom to BTC presents very own forum. Follow these simple rules (for simple people) and you'll get along just fine. We run on a three strikes system. If the admin PM you a warning three times then you're email banned, if you come back and act up just once again its zero tolerance and we IP ban you
1.No Spamming: By this i mean don't fill forums or posts with meaningless rubbish that advances discusions in no useful way. Also don't double or triple post (post two or three replies after each other), if you realise you left something out of your post edit it (press the modify button). Excessive spamming or multiple posting results in a warning
2. No flamming: Don't just insult anyone or start fights, this is a big no, no and will, if unrepentant, result in a warning or in a really serious case an instant ban. Any flamming whatsoever in the prayer request forum is an instant ban.
3. People won't always agree with what you say: we welcome discussion but being a numpty who refuses to recognise anyone else's point of view or right to a different point of view is not going to do you any favours.
4. If you have a problem with someone PM them don't air private problems with someone on a message board. There's a time an place for that kind of thing.
5. Christians: Recognise that there may be non-Christians or people who follow a different religion on the boards so respect their views and opinions even if they're not the same as your own.
Non-Christians/Other Religion followers: Coming on a Christian message board and calling people mindless sheep is pointless so respect their right to follow what they believe.
Discussion is great and welcomed, sharing ideas is ideally what the internet is all about so just be respectful of other board users. Arguements that are soully meant to nark and wind-up people aren't useful and as such aren't really welcomed.
6. Post the right stuff in the right forum: Basic but its amazing how many times people will just post anything wherever they darn well please.
7. This is a board connected to a Christian website and so please only post stuff that is appropriate. Porn or pictures of women/men in various stages of undress aren't welcome. Also please be careful what links you post up. You may think a site is wonderful and funny but others may just find it offensive so just use your brain.
8. Feedback is welcomed in the suggestion box, please use it. If you think the board could be better please tell us and we'll take your ideas under consideration.
9. If you have a picture in your sig the max. dimensions are 120 by 320 pixcels. For custom av.s the restrictions are 90 by 90. This just means that your Av wouldn't skew the forums and people don't have to spend hours scrolling through your sig.
10. No advertising other boards, sites or groups without an admins permission. If you contribute to the board life normally then some leway may be allowed but if you join just to troll for members you will be banned, no three strikes just straight out the door!
